The Night before

January 28th, 2009 by admin

All packed, bags are about to be put in the car. Mags is asleep. 6 a.m. we’re off to the airport to Chicago to see my dad, monique, brothers and friends. Let the Eat part of Eat, Pray, Love adventure begin! Hmm vegan deep dish pizza.I am a little worried as Mags has been on FIRE these last 4 days. Like she is a different child, running around, super hyper and the last couple nites at 7p.m.ish she has started to get a bit agro and crazy at dinner. Throwing down her fork, glass, trying to tear a napkin, etc.So that worries me just a little bit for the 22 hour flight. More to come. Om!

About Kelly Page Ashtanga Yoga

Kelly teaches with a calm and easygoing style following the traditional ways and flow of Ashtanga’s Primary series. Her classes are flowing and moving with the emphasis on breath. With breath and a continual practice, you will eventually be able to do any yoga posture in time. Pattabhi Jois’ motto is 1% theory and 99% practice; this is true in Kelly’s teaching method.
