January 2010/25ish days hath Janaury
In the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory. He says, “practice practice, practice and all is coming.” To give yourself a glimpse into the world of a consistent practice, we will go 30 days, 6 days a week of practice with Saturdays off. Last day of the 30 days we will have a celebration of our achievements with musical guests and chai after practice.
West Seattle/January 3 – 31st

Monday – Fridays – 6:15 – 7:30 a.m., Sundays 7:30 – 8:45 a.m.

About Kelly Page Ashtanga Yoga

Kelly teaches with a calm and easygoing style following the traditional ways and flow of Ashtanga’s Primary series. Her classes are flowing and moving with the emphasis on breath. With breath and a continual practice, you will eventually be able to do any yoga posture in time. Pattabhi Jois’ motto is 1% theory and 99% practice; this is true in Kelly’s teaching method.
